Pharrell Williams’ mega hit ‘Happy’ has topped a new chart for music fans called the People’s Pop Chart 2014. British music licensing agency PPL have revealed the top tracks Brits tuned into last year by releasing the first ever People’s Pop Chart for 2014. Congratulations to Pharrell and RCA!
