Bob Dylan to release 37th studio album – ‘Fallen Angels’
It has been announced today that Bob Dylan will release his 37th studio album on May 20th.
Fallen Angels will feature twelve classic American tunes written by some of music’s most acclaimed and influential songwriters such as Johnny Mercer, Harold Arlen, Sammy Cahn and Carolyn Leigh and showcases Dylan’s unique talents as a vocalist, arranger and bandleader.
The album was recorded with Dylan’s touring band in Hollywood last year, and was produced by Jack Frost.
One of the tracks from Fallen Angels, Melancholy Mood is available today on iTunes when you pre-order the album, and will also be released as part of a four-track 7” EP on April 16 as part of the nationwide Record Store Day.
