Nubian Jak Community Trust is a diversity plaques and sculpture scheme, the only one focussed on commemorating the historic contributions of Black and minority ethnic people in Britain.
It is committed to the promotion of equality and diversity for public benefit through educational plaques, eliminating discrimination on the grounds of race, raising awareness and promoting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds, some of whom have not had historic recognition.
