Sony Music Artists Nominated at The Ivor Novello Awards 2025
Sony Music artists have been nominated at The Ivor Novello Awards, recognising and celebrating exceptional achievements in songwriting.
In the Most Performed Work category, BRIT Award winner Myles Smith has been shortlisted for his hit Stargazing, which is certified double platinum in the UK, gold and platinum in 15 markets and was the biggest global single from a British artist last year. Harry Styles’ multi-platinum Number 1 single As It Was is nominated for a third year, alongside Cassö, Raye and D-Block Europe’s Prada. Last Christmas by Wham! gives George Michael a posthumous nomination, after making history to become the first song to land Christmas Number 1 for two consecutive years.
BERWYN’s WHO AM I is nominated for Best Album and Best Contemporary Song sees JADE receive her first nomination as a solo artist with debut single Angel of My Dreams.
RAYE (Human ReSources/The Orchard) is nominated in Best Song Musically and Lyrically for her 2024 single Genisis.
