Wizkid, JAE5 and M1llionz win at the MOBO Awards
Wizkid took home two prizes at last night’s MOBO Awards, scoring Best International Act and Best African Music Act.
It tops off an incredible year for the artist, which has seen him perform three sold-out nights at London’s O2 Arena and receive a Grammy nomination for his album Made In Lagos.
JAE5 won the MOBO for Best Producer for the second year running, while M1llionz received Video of the Year for ‘Lagga’.
The awards show took place in Coventry Arena last night and was co-hosted by Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Munya Chawawa. Performers included Tems, who treated the audience to renditions of her tracks ‘Higher’ and ‘Crazy Tings’.
