J Hus scores four nominations at the 2017 MOBO Awards
The shortlist for the 2017 MOBO Awards has been announced, with J Hus scoring nominations in four of the most prestigious categories: Best Male, Best Album, Best Song and Best Video.
NAO received nominations for two awards, Best Female and Best R&B/Soul Act, while Wizkid is up for Best African Act and Best International Act. Not3s also received a double nomination, for Best Newcomer and Best Song with his track ‘Aladdin’.
Lady Leshurr and Nadia Rose are both shortlisted for Best Female, and Yungen is up for Best Song with his Top 10 hit ‘Bestie’ featuring Yxng Bane.
Lotto Boyzz and Craig David are in the running for Best Newcomer and Best R&B/Soul Act respectively, with the winner of these categories to be decided by fan vote.
DJ Khaled, Solange, SZA and Travis Scott are all going head to head in the Best International Act category, and Davido is nominated for Best African Act.
